Most people believe that the home they live in is their biggest and most important investment.
Although that may partly be true, your most important investment is REALLY your health and vitality.
After all, what’s the point of having a beautiful home if you can barely get out of bed?
What does it matter if your house appreciates in value if you are in constant pain every day?
And does it matter if your house is wonderfully laid out and beautifully designed if your own body is falling apart?
I think you get the point.
The average American spends 13.3 years in their home.
Yet, the average American has a lifespan of 79 years.
So, if we spend 6x more time in our body than our home, why on Earth would we not spend even a fraction of that time, energy, and those resources to take care of our ultimate home – our physical body?
It’s no surprise that, as a population, North America is one of the unhealthiest in the world. Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, joint pain, immune disorders, and the list goes on.
And now, with COVID-19, we’ve seen that those most at risk of being affected (and dying) are those who have a pre-existing health condition.
Trouble is, most health practices have had to close their doors due to lockdowns and stay-at-home orders.
And although that’s good news to slow the spread of this virus, it’s isolated MANY people who need help with their health issues now.
Just because this virus is spreading like wildfire and just because many non-essential businesses have slowed to a halt, doesn’t mean that YOUR health challenges or concerns have stopped as well.
Periods don’t just stop during a pandemic. Pelvic pain still persists.
But right now, that’s no longer true because I’m doing something about it.
Even though our clinic in Oakland, CA is temporarily closed, we are continuing to see patients virtually. It’s been amazing to continue helping our patients make progress instead of letting this pandemic sidetrack them from their ultimate health objectives.
Now, I’m sure you’re wondering what that looks like, but let me tell you, in many cases, visiting with patients remotely has been even more helpful for them than if we saw them in person!
Who would have thought?
And I’ve been so encouraged by this new “care model” that I just needed to let you know about it and extend a helping hand to offer you a free phone consultation to see if this would make sense for you as well.
I know this may take a moment to wrap your head around and you might have some questions about how I can help you right now.
That’s why I’m offering you a free phone consultation – to answer your questions and put together a game plan for your situation so we can get you feeling better even without coming into the clinic. (You’d be amazed at what we can do virtually).
And if you’re interested in having my continued help over the coming weeks, then I’d be delighted to help you. If not, that’s OK as well. At least you’ll have more clarity and better direction than trying to figure this out on your own.
In any case, click here to book your free phone consult so you don’t have to suffer with pain or wait for this pandemic to blow over (who knows when that will happen) before you can start feeling better.
But please don’t delay because there are only so many hours in a day I accommodate these consults – I do have to see my family and sleep after all :) And it looks like they’re already booking up pretty fast.
It’s super easy to grab your spot. Just click here to book your free consult now.
I look forward to speaking with you :)
Katrina
PS. I’ve let my entire community of 1410 know about this, so this could end up looking like a Black Friday frenzy. That’s why this is a first come, first served opportunity. If you want help with your pain ASAP then please grab your spot here so you’re not forced to wait weeks before we can connect.
